The Institute of Medical Science Students' Association (IMSSA) is a recognized University of Toronto student organization, for all graduate students in the Institute of Medical Science (IMS). The IMSSA can act as a liaison between graduate students and the department executives, bringing relevant issues to the IMS department, and is open to all graduate students in IMS. Any graduate student in IMS will have the opportunity serve on the IMSSA through annual elections or as a member at large.

IMSSA Graduate Student Mentorship Program Hello IMS Students! Have you ever felt lost or isolated during your graduate training? Are you new to the IMS and could you benefit from an upper year mentor? Or are you an upper year MSc or PhD student who would like to provide mentorship to new students? If you answered YES to any of these questions, the Institute of Medical Science Student Association (IMSSA) invites you to attend the IMSSA Graduate Student Mentorship Program! When: Thursday, February 23, 2012, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Where: Princess Margaret Hospital, room 7-605 There will be a panel of upper year students who will be available to answer questions followed by smaller group discussions. Before we purchase tickets, we would like to get an idea of how many people are interested.
